The breweries are listed alphabetically along with their location, gluten free vs. gluten reduced status, and current beers available. This list was created exclusively for Canada, but we also have lists for United States, U.K., and Australia.
If you know of any breweries that we missed (that sell bottled or canned product you can buy in stores), please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Dedicated Gluten Free: This beer was brewed in a 100% dedicated gluten free facility, which means no gluten enters the brewery–EVER. This is the safest option for those with Celiac Disease.
Gluten Free: This beer was brewed with gluten free ingredients, and is safe for Celiacs to drink!

I just found out by a blood test that I am allergic to Barley, Buckwheat, and Amaranth. I love beer but when I drink it bad things happen. I’m thinking my safest option is to drink Mead, but I would love to know if any gluten-free beers in Atlantic Canada are free of those three ingredients. Glutenburg isn’t a safe option for me.
What grocery stores carry your beer? IGA or Provigo? Thanks :)

By the way, the Easy Amber from Perth Brewery is the best Amber I’ve had. Always bring some back to the US, when Traveling to Canada. Not so easy now of course…

Agree that Perth Brewery beers are outstanding. All gluten reduced. They have a couple stouts including an Oyster Stout… that is out of this world.

Boxer Lager sold in Western Canada is brewed by Minhas Brewery in Calgary Alberta. 100% gluten free, made of sorghum. Typically sells for half the price of all the other beers on this list.
Pacific Western Brewing has a gluten-fee beer “Pacific Free” that is available throughout BC.

Hi. Perth brewery in Perth Ontario. All beers are gluten reduced. They have quite a selection and they are in the beer store and the LCBO. Not sure about other locations.
